Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about and monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For the Dean Arbour organizations, that means understanding how it effects our employees, customers, and communities and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and day to day operations. We know how important it is for our dealerships to stay open for all your vehicle needs during this time, while creating a safe environment to service your needs.

We have one simple objective that guides us: keeping our customers and our employees safe.  This has been the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, we have made several moves in our business in response to the threat of COVID-19.

  • All dealership personnel are required to stay home from work if they develop respiratory, fever, or flu-like symptoms & seek medical attention if necessary.
  • We are in constant communication with our employees to reinforce our sanitation and safety procedures. In addition, we are sanitizing high-traffic areas numerous times a day. Along with our nightly deep-clean of the entire dealership.
  • We have temporarily removed all snacks & beverages, magazines and newspapers from our customer lounge.
  • We have added additional hand sanitizers throughout the dealership for the convenience of our customers and employees and have implemented strict hand washing and sanitizing procedures.
  • Service Advisors are wearing gloves and wiping down customer vehicles, along with our loaner vehicles as they come in. Steering wheel covers and seat covers and will be used on all customer vehicles as well.
  • We are not shaking hands with our customers. Please do not be offended. A friendly nod, or elbow bump will take place of hand shaking.
  • We offer pick-up and delivery for both sales and service! Please do not hesitate to call us at (989) 362-3489 for ANY reason concerning pick-up and delivery and we will do our best to take care of you.

We will continue to follow and monitor the Center for Disease Controls (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to prevent the spread of the virus. We are doing our part and we ask that you do the same in return. Based on these proactive actions that have been implemented we are confident that our dealership will continue to be a safe place to conduct business and we will remain open to best serve your automotive needs!
