Essential Duties:
*Maintains a professional business appearance.
*Maintains a Positive Attitude!
*Maintains appearance of New and Used Vehicle lot.
*Stays up to date and certified on all courses and qualifications specified by Ford Motor Company and assigned by Dean Arbour Ford.
*Stays current and understands the Federal, State and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
*Keeps up to date on all changes in product, product technology, features, accessories and incoming inventory.
*Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to all customers who enter the showroom or dealership lot.
*Turns over every customer to the Sales Manager.
*Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery (fills gas, ensures all features are operational, etc.)
*Delivers vehicles to Customers, ensuring that the Customer understands all features, warranty and paperwork.
*Daily phone calls for sales prospects
*Follow up on all post delivery items
*Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
*Reviews and analyzes goals set and what has been met daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Determines how to better utilize time more effectively to reach said goals.
*Other tasks assigned.
*Must have a Valid Driver's License
*Must have a clean driving history
